Why Purge the Cache?
If you’ve made updates to your website’s code or content, you need to purge the CDN cache to ensure your changes appear instantly. Otherwise, visitors may still see old versions of your site.
Steps to Purge the CDN Cache
Step 1: Log in to the client portal HostDime Client Portal
Use your registered email and password.
Step 2: Navigate to Active Products/Services and click View Details.
Step 3: Click Manage CDN to access the CDN control panel.
Step 4: Go to ZONES > HTTP > Pull to locate the enabled Pull-zone for your domain.
Step 5: Click Manage → Manage Cache.
Final Step: Choose your action:
✅ Purge All – Clears the entire cache.
✅ Purge Specific Files/Paths – Clears only selected content.
